Hypnotist Terry DaVolt was featured in the Sunday, September 11 issue of The Kansas City Star.  The article features DaVolt, a resident of Merriam, Kansas, and tracks his entertainment career over the past 35 years.  Terry DaVolt was first attracted to entertaining when he performed as a clown and juggler as a teenager growing up in Drexel, Missouri.  He then worked as a sheet-metal apprentice for a few years before auditioning for, and receiving a spot in the 1983 class of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College.  After several years of working for Ringling Bros. and then performing on his own as T. Texas Terry, a wild West comedy show, he began training and became certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists.  Terry now spends many days per year on the road as he travels across the United States.  He has performed in England, Canada, Japan, and Singapore in addition to the United States, and has appeared on TV in specials with Barbara Mandrell, Emmanuel Lewis, Dick Van Dyke, and the Statler Bros. TV Show.

Congratulations, Terry, on a great article and thanks for all the laughs you’ve brought to so many people along the way!  To read the full article, follow this link to the on-line article from The Kansas City Star.
