G.L. Berg Entertainment, in collaboration with the University of Minnesota’s office of Student Activities, is excited to announce the 2010 College Entertainment Showcase! This is a FREE event for college staff members and student leaders that are involved in the student activities and programming activities on college campuses.
Please join us for this unique networking opportunity! This is going to be an evening full of fun, laughter, and music with some of the best performers in the college market!
- There are many purposes for this event:
1) Network with other college campuses in person and have the ability to tour Coffman Memorial Union at the University of Minnesota
2)Provide a learning environment where students and staff can share ideas and discuss various topics related to student activities programming
3) Provide student leaders and college staff members a non-pressured environment for learning about entertainment and to meet with industry professionals
4) Allow local campuses to see first-hand what entertainment options are available through the region’s largest entertainment agency (G.L. Berg Entertainment)
5) HAVE FUN!

Driving Directions
From I-35W
From the south: After passing I-94, watch for signs directing you to the U of M/3rd Street exit. Follow the East Bank sign. Merge onto Washington Avenue. Once you cross the Mississippi River, Coffman will be the second building on the right. Turn right onto Church Street and then right onto Delaware Street. Coffman’s south entrance and drop-off locations will be on the right. Entrance into East River Road Garage is on the left.
From the north: Take the University Avenue/4th Street exit. Turn left at University Avenue and head toward the East Bank. Turn right onto Oak Street, then right onto Washington Avenue. Coffman is five blocks ahead on the left. To park or drop-off, turn left onto Church Street and right onto Delaware Street. The south entrance will be on the right.
From I-94
From the east and west: Take the Huron Boulevard exit from I-94 (north exit only). Turn left onto Washington Avenue. Coffman is approximately seven blocks ahead on the left. Turn left onto Church Street and right onto Delaware Street. Coffman’s south entrance and drop-off locations will be on the right. Entrance into East River Road Garage is on the left.
PARKING
The 1,900 space East River Road Garage provides both disability and short-term parking for Coffman and the East Bank campus. With an attached entrance to the south side of the building, the East River Road Garage is easily accessible from Delaware Street. For rates and maps please visit http://www.umn.edu/pts/.
