Mary Mack’s endearing, slightly quirky stage presence and musical surprises make her popular with a wide range of people. With her mandolin in hand and off-kilter stories of life as a former polka band leader, music teacher, and all-around confused individual, Mary delivers a one-of-a-kind performance that is sure to make you laugh.
Mary’s mandolin sing-alongs have been featured on national radio and television, including appearances on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham and NBC’s Last Comic Standing. After starting her entertainment career in Nashville, Mack currently tours the country in her $400 Dodge Neon with her mandolin in hand.
Splitting the rest of her time between Los Angeles and Minneapolis, she shares her totally fun and unique brand of stand-up comedy. It is clear this genuinely one-of-a-kind, funny woman is ready to make you laugh, and may even leave songs stuck in your head after the show has ended.
Comedian Mary Mack is a favorite on the KQ Morning Show, KFAN’s Power Trip, and MPR’s WITS in the Twin Cities. She and her mandolin sing-alongs have been featured on the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom Radio Show, XM, and Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim. She has performed in HBO’s Andy Kaufman Awards, Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival, San Francisco Sketch Fest’s “Dozen” (12 up and coming headliners), and was one of 2012’s Five Comedians to Watch in Paste Magazine. She had her national TV debut on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham and NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and is a popular interviewee on podcasts such as Mark Maron’s WTF. Mary spends her summers ice fishing, which has proven very unsuccessful. She has a
couple albums out on cdbaby.com and itunes.
