Intro

The following is a sample introduction you might use when introducing magician and magic man Tim Gabrielson to your audience:

“Your mental picture of a magic show is about to get a funny face lift. Proof, that laughter is magic for the soul… Here is the magic of comedy – Tim Gabrielson!

Due to his national television appearances, an estimated 42 million people have been amazed by tonight’s entertainer. Please welcome Tim Gabrielson.”

In order to give you the best performance possible, Tim Gabrielson provides the following information as an attachment to his contract:

Artist requests:

• Stage: Purchaser is to provide an elevated stage with a minimum size of 8 feet in depth and 8 feet in width with stairs leading to the audience. (Bigger is always better!) If possible make sure the stage is high enough that Tim can be seen from the knees up by all. The audience should be no more than 6ft from the front of the stage. The closer the audience is to the stage the better. Please make sure there is not a dance floor or orchestra pit separating the audience from the stage.
• Sound: (1) Please provide one wired or wireless handheld high-quality microphone (Stand is not necessary) (2) The ability for Tim to patch into the main or house system. The patch requirements are: One grounded XLR, allowing Tim to use his own mixer. If there will be a sound engineer controlling the sound for your event, Tim will need two XLR inputs to main system This will be to plug his own UHF Wireless headset Microphone (countryman E6) and MP3 player (through a DI box) into their system.
• Lights: The minimum lighting requirements are simple–just a good wash on stage. Facial expression is a large part of Tim’s Show. Don’t miss it with bad lighting!
