Beatles tribute band
On February 9, 1964, America was introduced to a phenomenon that would ultimately change rock and roll forever. That group was called The Beatles. Milwaukee’s very own The Britins recreate the era that influenced so many top groups and artists today.
Join The Britins as they play hits from the Fab Four, from Love Me Do to Let It Be. Follow along on a Magical Mystery Tour of sights and sounds through that remarkable era of the 1960’s, recreated with authentic Beatles gear and costumes.
The Britins were formed in 1977 – making them one of the first Beatles tribute bands in the United States. Based in the Milwaukee, WI area, the group’s popularity had them touring in over 250+ shows per year throughout North America. The group has shared the stage with many performers, including Hermans Hermits, Turtles, Grass Roots, Buckinghams, Tommy James, and Frankie Valli.
“…From the very beginning, we knew there was one and only one musical performance that would be ideal for our event. The Britins did not disappoint. Your energy, dedication to authenticity, musical talent and sheer joy in performing some of the greatest music of our time helped make our celebration a shining success.”
–Mequon, WI 50th Anniversary Celebration Committee
“My 4-year old has talked about nothing but seeing the “Beatles” since and she wanted to write you a letter and talk to you, which she did, after the show. We had a great time and you sound so much like the Beatles, I really felt like I got to see them in concert too! Thanks for the wonderful evening and here is the “letter” from my daughter: yyyyyyyysdsdfsdaxdasdfaxcasdfasdf zxc…”
