Nate Hance
Not Your Average Piano Show

[object Object]
Nate Hance is a Twin Cities pianist who turns familiar songs into something nobody saw coming. Classically trained and endlessly adventurous, he mixes virtuoso playing with humor, storytelling, and live audience requests. Expect mashups, medleys, genre-bending arrangements, and his signature backwards and upside down piano trick.
No two shows are the same. Guests call out songs, Nate plays them, and the room runs the setlist.
Nate tailors the setlist to fit different audience types. You may see Canon in D meets Super Mario. Für Elise goes ragtime, and all 27 Beatles number one hits in four minutes.
Nate fits corporate events, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, and performing arts series. He arrives early, brings his own sound, and works for audiences of all ages.
Options: Nate Hance is available as a solo piano stage show, solo background music, or as a 3-piece Trio.

>> Testimonials
“Some performers entertain. A rare few engage the audience in the performance. That was Nate. With artistry, exceptional musical knowledge, and humor, Nate awed our audience with his ability, performing with them, not to them.”
-Medford Area Performing Arts Association
“Piano master Nate Hance has proven to be one of our favorite artists our association has asked to perform. His show incorporates audience participation and interaction, which kept all audience members connected the whole evening.”
-Fairfield Concert Association
“Nate does a great job. We left him to his own devices and he curated a solid list of tunes that served as lively ambiance for our event. If you need talent for your event, look no further.”
-Corporate event
“Nate arrived on time, played beautifully, and played selections geared to our crowd and the flow of the event. When the Governor was late, and we needed to put the program schedule on hold, Nate played an hour longer...”
-Fundraiser client
“I have hired Nate for two events now and he is amazing! ... He is also proactive - for example he brought his own portable piano set up when the event changed from indoors with a grand piano to an outdoor tent venue. You can't go wrong booking Nate for your event!!”
-Repeat private event client
“I think my favorite was the mashup of Canon in D and the Super Mario theme! It was laugh out loud funny! So unexpected! Genius!”
