Tim Cavanagh is a professional comedian and speaker, which has come as a complete shock to this family. They still remember him as the guy who refused to say a single word for the first nineteen months of his life. And now look at him. He’s making up for lost time.
Over the last twenty years, Tim has brought his clean and engaging comedy to hundreds of business groups across the U.S. and Canada. He puts together a customized comedy show that hits just the right notes.

“To hear him speak today, it’s hard to imagine that speaker/comedian Tim Cavanagh did not utter a single word until he was 18 months old! With over 250 nightclub, corporate, and college performances last year, to say that he’s making up for lost time is an understatement!
While comedy has been Tim’s favorite job, it hasn’t been his only job. After receiving a B.A. in Philosophy from Loyola University of Chicago, Tim taught religion at an all-girl’s Catholic high school for three years.
